Someone set it back to normal once. He noticed within the hour and put it all back. Go ahead and move them.
Nobody taught him any of this and he is not asking.
He found the settings by himself. He turned every number up until the screen looked right, and then he stopped looking for anything else. The keyboard makes a noise now. He likes it.
He reads every message twice. The first time to read it, the second time to be sure. Then he thinks about it for a while, and then he sends back ok.
If it is important he does not type at all. He rings you, at seven in the morning, four times in a row, and if you pick up he says he will call you later.
